FUND DESCRIPTION::
diversiGlobal Dividend Value Fund is a closed-end trust that will invest in an actively managed global portfolio of dividend-paying equity securities.

INVESTMENT OBJECTIVES::
(i)maximize long-term capital appreciation for unitholders

(ii)provide monthly distributions (initially targeted to be $0.0417 per unit, approximately 5.0% per annum based on the original issue price of $10.00)

FUND FEATURES ::
High quality portfolio
- The manager searches globally for fundamentally sound, yet undervalued companies with unrecognized potential for capital appreciation.
- The manager focuses on large cap, dividend-paying companies with strong cash flows and the ability to grow their dividends. Dividends are a key indicator of a company’s financial health and help to reduce volatility and provide downside protection in weaker markets. Furthermore, historically dividend paying companies have outperformed non-dividend paying stocks.
- The Fund is managed by leading investment advisor, Goodman and Company, Investment Counsel Ltd. and will invest in 30 to 50 companies to provide diversification by sector, region and issuer.

Access to global equity markets
- The Canadian equity market represents about 3% of global equity markets. Investing globally provides greater investment opportunities and access to industries not well represented in Canada, and gives investors the opportunity to improve the overall risk/return profile of their investment portfolio.

Effective risk control mechanisms
- The Fund uses a conservative investment approach, focusing on large cap companies with strong cash flows.
- Active hedging to the Canadian dollar helps to reduce currency risk

Fundamental bottom-up analysis
- The Fund is managed using a disciplined bottom-up investment approach which incorporates rigorous stock selection disciplines. The process is highly objective and includes an extensive review of a business’ financials, long term prospects, management team, competitors, suppliers and industry.

Liquidity
- Units of the Fund can be sold via the Toronto Stock Exchange or may be redeemed at 100% of the Fund’s NAV per unit (less costs associated with the redemption) commencing December 2007.
